Fears that Johnny Depp would kill her on their honeymoon, as Amber Herd testified today, testified in the aftermath of her legal dispute with her ex-partner.
Amber Heard describes the Hollywood star as a man addicted to drugs with outbursts of jealousy and violence.
The trial continues for a fifth week, following a pause that followed Depp’s testimony.
Herd claims that Depp attacked her inside the Orient Express train in Asia, during a trip, shortly after their wedding in February 2015.
“She was squeezing my neck in the train car for an hour,” he said, adding that he felt he was going to kill her.
In another case, Herd described a “hell week” that passed after Depp was reportedly jealous when she was offered a role with James Franco.
According to her testimony, in an outburst, he threw her on the furniture of the house and punched her.
Despite the fact that the relationship had periods that coexisted with a lot of love and affection, it deteriorated over time to a point where the tension and violence became “almost normal”.
In fact, during their increasingly frequent quarrels, Herd claimed that Depp used to injure himself.
