At May 31, 2022 the allowances will be paid by the Welfare Benefits and Social Solidarity Organization (OPEC).
As mentioned in an announcement of the Organization, the total amount paid amounts to 399,414,466 euros and concerns 1,502,385 beneficiaries.
Specifically, the following benefits will be paid:
– Housing allowance: Beneficiaries 285,259 – 34,536,896 euros
– Minimum Guaranteed Income: Beneficiaries 224,813 – 46,760,130 euros
– Disabilities: Beneficiaries 170,750 – 72,421,412 euros
– Housing assistance: Beneficiaries 773 – 249,118 euros
Expatriate allowance: Beneficiaries 6,145 – 217,800 euros
– Rev. For. Drafting of Law 1296/1982: Beneficiaries 17,893 – 6,091,579 euros
– Social Solidarity Allowance for the Elderly: Beneficiaries 17,025 – 5,341,158 euros
Funeral expenses: Beneficiaries 183 – 144,999 euros
– Birth allowance: Beneficiaries 11,278 – 11,333,000 euros
– Child allowance: Beneficiaries 764,537 – 215,811,945 euros
– Red loans: Beneficiaries 2,196 – 143,957 euros
– Protected children of those who died in natural disasters: Beneficiaries 6 – 6,000 euros
– First home subsidy program / BRIDGE: Beneficiaries 1,527 – 356,472 euros
– Sponsorship allowance: Beneficiaries 436 – 219,313 euros
