Prevent Senior once again led the list of large health operators with the most complaints per beneficiary, according to April data released by the ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency).
In the previous ranking, the operator occupied the third place.
Unimed Rio de Janeiro remained in second position. Premium Saúde, which in the previous survey led the ranking, dropped to third position.
The ranking is based on the performance of operators in terms of complaints.
