Panel SA: Candidate for the government, Rodrigo Garcia expands the release of accumulated ICMS credit

Governor Rodrigo Garcia, candidate for election to remain at Palácio dos Bandeirantes, will expand the limit of the third round of Proativo, the Treasury Department’s program for returning accumulated ICMS credit.

The increase in the authorized total, from R$ 500 to R$ 700 million, will be announced this Friday (1st).

The government will also launch a method of ranking taxpayers for the next rounds. Called Nos conformes, the program will streamline the process for taxpayers with A+, A and B ratings.
