Tax Returns: Who Should Rush to File It?

Those submitting for the first time this year tax declaration they should hurry if they want to then apply for it powerpass. The date for the closure of the electricity subsidy platform up to €600 is July 5th and to receive the money they must have filed their tax return. Even in the very likely possibility of a few days’ extension for the powerpass, time will still be pressing.

13.91%, i.e. 569,953 declarations have a tax refund totaling €202.5 million. The average refund amounts to €355 and is increased by 20% compared to the corresponding amount in 2021, which was €279.

Debts – i.e. the payment of additional amounts beyond the monthly reservations – are 1,326,748 statements and correspond to 32.4% of the total. THE

Total tax to be paid is €1.27 billion. The average tax amounts to €961, currently slightly lower than last year which was €966.

Income tax will be paid this year in 8 monthly installments starting from July until February 2023. A lump sum payment by July 29 is accompanied by a 3% tax deduction. On the other hand, it is possible to be included in the fixed arrangement of 24 interest-bearing installments, while the taxpayer can pay via credit card in 12 interest-free installments.
