In the process of restructuring the working model of Bradesco’s administrative headquarters, since 2020, eight buildings in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba and Belo Horizonte were returned.
The annual efficiency gain with the payment of rents and costing expenses is estimated at more than R$100 million.
According to the bank, employees were relocated to new units, which are being upgraded to the hybrid work regime and new models with tables without a fixed position.
This year, Bradesco announced its intention to reduce up to 400 branches compared to 2020. The measure is in line with the plan to restructure the bank’s expenses and accompany the digitalization of the financial system.
If the cut is made, Bradesco will have closed nearly 1,500 branches since the beginning of the pandemic.
