Loft entered into a partnership with the city of São Paulo to share its real estate data.
The company will provide anonymized information on real estate listings and purchase and sale transactions carried out on its marketplace to the Municipal Finance Department.
In this way, the city hall will have access to real estate dynamics in the city through indicators such as quantity and location of properties for sale in the municipality.
Based on this information, the municipal administration will be able to implement and improve public policies for urban revitalization, such as the requalification of squares and cycle paths, according to the company.
Sharing data will also help to increase market transparency, in the opinion of João Melhado, director of public policies at Loft.
