Secovi-SP discloses this Wednesday (3) the results of the second quarter for the office rental market. By comparison data with the same period in 2021, it grew 23%. In the half-yearly comparison, the increase reached 34%.
The vacancy rate fell by 0.9%, driven by the decrease in the supply of new stock and the drop in the high-end market.
The Secovi-SP balance sheet shows three sectors that stood out in terms of gross absorption in the last 12 months: financial, health and technology services.
The education sector was the main space taker in this second quarter, but the volume absorbed was not enough to qualify it among the top three.
