Panel SA: Restaurants hire temporary workers for Father’s Day

The restaurant sector that has suffered ups and downs with labor in the period of isolation will increase the hiring of temporary workers on Father’s Day on Sunday (14).

According to Abrasel (industry association) high should be around 10% compared to a common Sunday.

By the entity’s expectations, the billing for the date should jump 20% compared to a normal Sunday.

Father’s Day should not surpass the growth registered on Mother’s Day, a date that traditionally has the most movement for the sector. According to Abrasel, the increase in revenue at the May event reaches 50% compared to other Sundays.
