See how to withdraw Auxílio Brasil through Caixa Tem

Caixa Econômica Federal starts paying the installments of R$ 600 from Auxílio Brasil and R$ 110 from Vale-gás this Tuesday (9). The first families to receive it will be those with a NIS (Social Registration Number) ending in 1. The payment schedule continues until August 22nd.

Caixa informed that it has already released the consultation of the values ​​of the two benefits, which can be verified through the Auxílio Brasil and Caixa Tem apps. See the step by step to get the money.

1. INSTALL THE CAIXA TEM APP

• Access the Google Play Store or Apple Store from your cell phone and download the Caixa Tem app. If already installed, update the application
• Open the app, enter the CPF and create a password;
• To generate a password, it will be necessary to follow seven steps and provide personal information such as CPF, full name, mobile number, zip code, day, month and year of birth and email;
• Create a password, confirm the password, go to “I’m not a robot” and click “Register”;
• On your first access, a code will be sent by SMS to confirm identification;
• Correctly enter your phone number to receive the code; then type it

2. CONSULT THE AID VALUE

• Open the Caixa Tem application, enter your CPF and password and click on “Extract”;
• If you received the aid, the amounts referring to the Auxílio Brasil, Vale-gás and the Extraordinary Benefit (Auxílio Brasil complement) will appear.

3- GENERATE A CODE TO MAKE THE WITHDRAWAL

• Click on “Withdrawal without card” in your Caixa Tem

• On the next page, go to “Generate code for withdrawal”

• Guidelines will appear on how the ATM withdrawal will be, below, click on “Generate withdrawal code”. Enter your app password
• On the next screen, the code will appear, which is valid for one hour to be used at the ATM, in the lottery or in a corresponding Caixa Aqui
• Withdrawal is carried out without a card, so click on the “Enter” button on the ATM keyboard
• On this screen, click on the “Withdraw Caixa Tem” button. Enter your CPF number and then the code generated in the application
• Choose an amount to withdraw or enter the amount on the ATM’s numeric keypad

4- HOW TO TRANSFER VALUES

• Enter the Caixa Tem app and click on “Transfer money”
• Inform if the transfer will be made by typing agency and account or if it will go to one of your favorites already registered for transfer
• Enter branch, bank, account, digit and amount, inform the type of account, the CPF, the name of the person who will receive it, the amount and confirm the operation. If you want, save the receipt on your cell phone or send it by WhatsApp
• There is a transfer limit of up to R$ 600 per operation; the money will be sent by DOC (Credit Document) and will be in the account the next day

AUGUST CALENDAR OF BRAZIL

In August, the government included around 2.2 million families in Auxílio Brasil. This month, the benefit will be paid to more than 20.2 million registered families. Until December, the minimum installment of Auxílio Brasil goes from R$400 to R$600 per family.

According to the Ministry of Citizenship, 5.6 million families will be entitled to Vale-gás. Payment dates follow the same calendar as Auxílio Brasil.

In June, low-income families received R$ 53, equivalent to 50% of the average price of a gas cylinder in the country.

The full amount, 100% of the average gas price, will be paid until December, as provided for in the PEC (Proposed Constitutional Amendment), which boosted assistance programs.
