Taxi Assistance will be paid by Caixa Tem; see how to withdraw and the calendar

More than 245,000 drivers receive the first two installments of Taxi Assistance this Tuesday (16). BRL 2,000 will be deposited in a Caixa Tem account, opened automatically in the name of professionals appointed by municipalities and the Federal District between July 25 and August 2.

Caixa Tem can be accessed through an application, allowing you to generate a code for withdrawals at Casas Lotéricas, Correspondentes Caixa Aqui and self-service terminals, in addition to paying bills, slips and making purchases using a virtual debit card or QR Code.

How to install the Caixa Tem app?

If this is your first time accessing the Caixa Tem app, you can download it through app stores such as the Google Play Store or the Apple Store.

After installation, open the application, click on “Register and open your account”, at the bottom of the page, enter your data and send the requested documents.

On first access, a code will be sent by SMS to confirm identification. Correctly enter your phone number to receive the code and then enter it.

To generate a password, you will need to follow seven steps and provide personal information such as CPF, full name, cell phone number, zip code, date of birth and email. Create a password, confirm it, check the “I’m not a robot” option and click “Register”.

How to access the Caixa Tem account?

After registering, enter the CPF and password created previously to access the account. If you don’t remember your password, click on “I forgot my password” and follow the indicated procedures.

1. Open the Caixa Tem application, enter your CPF and password and click on “Extract”
2. If you received the aid, the installments will appear on the statement

How to withdraw cash from Caixa Tem?

1. Click on “Withdrawal without card” in Caixa Tem

2. On the next page, go to “Generate code for withdrawal”

3. Guidelines will appear on how the ATM withdrawal will be, below, click on “Generate withdrawal code”. Enter your app password
4. On the next screen, the code will appear, which is valid for one hour to be used at the ATM, in the lottery or in a corresponding Caixa Aqui
5. Withdrawal is carried out without a card, so click on the “Enter” button on the ATM keyboard
6. On this screen, click on the “Withdraw Caixa Tem” button. Enter your CPF number and then the code generated in the application
7. Choose a withdrawal amount or enter the amount on the ATM’s numeric keypad

With the code, it is possible to make withdrawals at Lottery Houses, Caixa Aqui Correspondents and self-service terminals.

How to transfer values?

• Enter the Caixa Tem app and click on “Transfer money”
• Inform if the transfer will be made by typing agency and account or if it will go to one of your favorites already registered for transfer
• Enter branch, bank, account, digit and amount, inform the type of account, the CPF, the name of the person who will receive it, the amount and confirm the operation. If you want, save the receipt on your cell phone or send it by WhatsApp

Through the application, it is also possible to pay bills, slips and make purchases with a virtual debit card and QR Code.

Who receives taxi assistance?

The two installments paid on Tuesday (16) constitute the first payment batch, for eligible drivers registered by municipalities and the Federal District between July 25 and August 2.

The second batch of payment, for professionals registered by municipalities between August 5 and 15, is scheduled for August 30. The deadline for submitting entries is September 11.

Among the criteria for receiving the benefit are being duly registered with the city halls by May 31, 2022, being the holder of a concession, permit, license or authorization issued by the municipal or district public authorities or having an authorization issued by the municipal or district public authorities.

In addition, being over 18 years of age on May 31, 2022, having a regular CPF and CNH (National Driver’s License), not receiving a benefit for permanent incapacity for work and not receiving the Auxílio Caminhoneiro are among the requirements.
