More than 400,000 people who did not receive the truck driver assistance may still be entitled to the benefit. Professionals who were not paid due to lack of registration of cargo transport have until 6 pm this Monday (29) to fill out a self-declaration stating that they are able to carry out transport operations.
Anyone who makes the self-declaration by the deadline and meets the other conditions, such as having a regular CPF and National Registry of Road Cargo Transporters in an “active” status on July 27, begins to receive the benefit, including the first two installments, which will be paid retroactively on the 6th of September.
Professionals who meet all the requirements and make the self-declaration after the deadline will only receive the next installments, without retroactive payments, following the calendar made available by the Ministry of Labor and Welfare (MTP).
Deadline for self-declaration or data regularization | Payday |
July 22 | Aug 9 (1st and 2nd installments) |
Aug 15th to Aug 29th | 6.set (1st and 2nd installments) |
11.set | 24.set (3rd installment) |

13.nov | 26.nov (5th installment) |

How to fill in the self-declaration?
Professionals must declare themselves able to carry out transport operations through the Self-Declaration of the TAC Registration Term (Autonomous Cargo Carriers), available on the Emprega Brasil Portal or in the Digital Work Card.
How do I find out why I didn’t receive the aid?
Truck drivers who did not receive the benefit can consult the reason on the Emprega Brasil Portal.
If inconsistencies are detected in the registration, such as irregularities in the CPF or with the INSS (National Social Security Institute), it is necessary to resolve them with the respective bodies in order to receive the benefit.
The deadline for regularization and payments follows the MTP calendar, provided above.
