After registering a wave of complaints and surveys from Internet users about 123milhas, last week, Reclame Aqui sought out the company, which says it has faced a temporary problem in the system.

According to Reclame Aqui, the reports include travel cancellations, difficulty in service and lack of issuing air tickets, especially in promotional packages.

In a statement, the company states that it has not, and will not, cancel any package or flight sold.

“In the modality of tickets and flexible packages, there was an inconsistency, for a short period of time, in the system of sending the form to fill in the name of the passengers”, says 123milhas.

Also according to the company, the issue caused a mistake in sending cancellation emails. The company promises to resolve all cases by Friday (2).

“123miles, like the vast majority of companies in the Brazilian tourism sector, is being strongly impacted by the fact that Brazil has had one of the highest rates of cancellations and flight changes in its history in recent months”, says the company in a note.

From Monday (22) to Friday (26), 123milhas received 1,638 complaints on Reclame Aqui, according to the website.

As a basis for comparison, between August 1st and 14th, the average number of hits to the 123miles page on Reclame Aqui was 8 thousand per day. This level rose to 11 thousand between August 15 and 19, reaching 29 thousand accesses on Friday (26).

Reclame Aqui points out that 123milhas has the RA1000 seal, which is equivalent to the maximum service reputation achieved on the platform. “In the last six months, the rate of consumers who would do business with the company again exceeds 76%, and its solution rate, 92%”, says the Reclame.
