The government of São Paulo and the city of Cologne, Germany, closed an agreement to create an investment fund for companies that produce games.
The project involves investments of 500 thousand euros in the local games industry, according to the São Paulo investment agency InvestSP.
The funds will be invested in companies in São Paulo and in the European country. The partnership was signed during Gamescom, one of the biggest electronic games fairs held in Germany last week.
In this edition, ten companies from São Paulo in the segment were taken by InvestSP to the event.
