Lamda Development presented today the Commercial Hub of Elliniko, the new state-of-the-art commercial, entertainment and business destination that will extend to more than 185,000 sq.m. on Vouliagmeni Avenue.
The Commercial Hub will be the largest shopping center in Greece, a next generation shopping park with large stores, as well as state-of-the-art office space. The design of the Commercial Hub of Elliniko was undertaken by the award-winning architectural firm Aedas, based in Hong Kong, which signs important projects around the world.

With its construction in the next five years, the shopping center on Vouliagmeni Avenue, with an area of 130,000 sq.m., will be the largest and most modern in Greece, offering a multidimensional experience to its visitors, every hour of the day. It will host new generation stores from the most popular, but also emerging Greek and international brands. It will also offer complete proposals for catering, entertainment and wellness, with exhibitions, concerts, gyms, gaming corners, cinemas, children’s recreation areas, etc., which will operate after the closure of commercial stores.
Also, in the commercial park of 30,000 sq.m. which will be developed at the Commercial Hub, in collaboration with the Fourlis Group, visitors will find large stores, international brands with products and equipment for home, sports, etc., enjoying a complete shopping experience.
A state-of-the-art business hub in Elliniko
The Commercial Hub of Elliniko will also host modern office space of 27,500 sq.m., which will house the headquarters of Piraeus Bank. Designed with modern requirements in mind, they will offer a functional, flexible, but also “green” environment, overlooking the Metropolitan Park and the seafront.
In the same area, a state-of-the-art mixed-use tower, 150 m high, will be developed, which will house a hotel, offices and apartments.
