by

The tests for the INSS (National Social Security Institute), which will have 1,000 vacancies for social security technicians, will be held in November, and candidates have little time to prepare.

The government will disclose this Thursday (15) the details of the selection, such as the beginning of the application period, fees and salaries. According to the Ministry of Labor and Welfare, the public notice for the INSS 2022 contest is scheduled to be published this Thursday in the Official Gazette of the Union.

The opening of vacancies is expected by contest candidates and by representatives of the agency’s employees, who point to a deficit of 23,000 servers across the country. The last selection of the body had more than 1 million applicants for 950 vacancies. Each vacancy for social security technician, which requires an average level of schooling, was disputed by 1,304 applicants.

According to Viviane Peres, director of Fenasps (National Federation of Health Workers Unions), the entity met this Tuesday (13) with the Minister of Social Security, José Carlos Oliveira, representatives of the Ministry of Economy and the president of the INSS, Guilherme Serrano. , and received the information that, in addition to the 1,000 vacancies in the contest, a reserve registration will be made. “They said that they also intend to call this reserve register, which will total the hiring of 3,500 servers”, she says.

How to study for the INSS contest, with a Cebraspe bank?

Knowing the style of collection of the examining board of a public contest is one of the main recommendations of teachers of preparatory courses, as each board has a characteristic style of evaluation.

Cebraspe (formerly Cespe/UnB), which will make the selection, is known to the public preparing for the INSS contest, as it was the panel in the last two editions of the body. “There is a very large universe of recent issues at Cebraspe for the training of our students”, says Arthur Lima, one of the founding partners of the Contest Directorate and a former auditor of the Federal Revenue Service.

Contents of recent notices and past exams can also be used to guide the candidate.

Fernanda Helene, a lawyer specializing in social security law and professor at AlfaCon, reports that 70 of the test questions are expected to address social security, and 15, Portuguese, but that is not why the candidate should stop studying all subjects : “This score, alone, will not be enough for the candidate’s approval, due to the history of high cut grade”, he explains.

Federation of servers says vacancies are insufficient

Fenasps says that the 1,000 vacancies of the new contest will be insufficient to supply the deficit of the body’s servers, of 23 thousand workers, and to solve one of the main problems: the waiting list for the granting of benefits.

“Today the INSS has about 19,500 servers, that is, we lost more servers than we have today. Regarding the contest, 1,000 vacancies will certainly be insufficient to fill this deficit. agencies”, says Viviane Peres.

Fenasps also criticizes the lack of vacancies for social security analysts. “There is a great demand for the BPC (Continued Provision Benefit), which has 600,000 people in the queue, including people with disabilities and the elderly, and this benefit needs a social assessment by a social insurance analyst with training in social work. . If we have all this queue, which is historic and only expands more and more, it would be necessary to have openings for social security analysts with this specific training.”

According to data from the INSS, of every 10 citizens who wait for the granting of the benefit in line, 4 of them wait for the assistance benefit of a minimum wage (R$ 1,212).
