“My Appointments”: The new digital platform of AADE-How it works | SKY

Thanks to the new digital platform “My Appointments” from the Independent Public Revenue Authority, taxpayers and their representatives have the ability to digitally schedule appointments for cases that concern them on a day and time when the relevant Service will be available.

Through an easy-to-use digital environment, citizens, after being identified through their TAXISnet codes, now have the opportunity to:

  • select the AADE Service they want to visit
  • choose the process for which they want an appointment through Thematic Groups,
  • be informed of the supporting documents they must provide,
  • choose the day and time of their appointment and keep track of their visit history.

At each step of the process, information is provided for any changes (eg completion, cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment), via e-mail and / or SMS, to the details stated during the registration of the appointment.

The platform is initially activated in 20 Tax Offices and, gradually, in all the Services of AADE.
