An extension was given to the deadline for submitting declarations of assets and financial interests (Pothen Esches).
The declarations were to be submitted until January 31, 2022, but after the enactment of the provision of article 68 of law 4871/2021, the deadline for submission by the obligors of the declarations of assets and financial interests is extended until February 16, 2022.
As mentioned in the announcement on the website of Pothen Esches, “the declarations of assets and financial interests, initial with the acquisition of the status of obligor from 01/01/2021 to 16/11/2021, as well as the annual year 2021 (use 2020), are submitted until 16/02/2022».

It is noted that the omission or submission of an inaccurate or incomplete statement by the debtor, is a criminal offense according to the provisions of article 6 of law 3213/03 as in force, while the commission of disciplinary misconduct for public servants is established.
