The STF (Federal Supreme Court) postponed the judgment of the lifetime review of the INSS (National Social Security Institute), which was scheduled for this Wednesday (23), and still has no new forecast to be analyzed.
The judgment of ADI (Direct Action of Unconstitutionality) 4,768, which deals with the rule that allows a member of the Public Ministry to stand alongside the judge in plenary, was the first item on the agenda and lasted until the end of the session.
The review process also runs the risk of not being analyzed at this Thursday’s (24th) session, as the minister Rose WeberPresident of the Court, stated that he will open the trial with ADPF (Argument of Non-compliance with a Fundamental Precept) 634.
This ADPF asks the court to declare municipal competence to institute holidays of a civic nature with “high significance for the different national ethnic segments”. Rosa justified the priority because it was Black Consciousness week.
The whole life review is a lawsuit in which retirees ask that all their contributions to the INSS, including those made before the creation of the Real, in 1994, be considered in the calculation of the average salary to increase the benefit.
