The Ministry of Labor and Social Security released the public notice with the final result of the contest for the INSS (National Institute of Social Security). The final result can be consulted in the Official Gazette of this Thursday (22) and in the document below.

The announcement informs, in alphabetical order, the final grade in the objective tests of basic and specific knowledge, the number of correct answers in the specific knowledge test and the final grade of the objective tests. The data is separated according to the executive management for which the candidate applied.
A thousand vacancies were opened for the position of social security technician, and more than 1 million people applied. On the national average, competition was 1,024 people per vacancy. But the ratio of candidate per vacancy varies according to the regional management in which the application was made. By region, the city of São Paulo led, with 8,534 candidates per opportunity. The Federal District had a dispute of 7,599 applicants for each vacancy.
The 1,000 vacancies were distributed among 97 INSS executive managements located across the country. Of the total, 702 positions were open to broad competition, 98 for people with disabilities and 200 for black candidates.
The position of social security technician requires a high school education and a salary of up to R$ 5,905.79 for a 40-hour week.
This initial gross remuneration corresponds to the value of the basic salary of R$ 712.61, plus the GAE (Executive Activity Bonus), of R$ 1,140.18, the GDASS (Social Security Activity Performance Bonus), which may reach to BRL 3,595, in addition to food allowance of BRL 458.
Candidates approved in the vacancies reserved for people with disabilities will undergo a biopsychosocial evaluation, scheduled for January 8th. In addition to the identity document, it is necessary to present an opinion, drawn up within 12 months before the assessment is carried out, attesting the type and degree of disability.
Candidates who declare themselves black will have to go through a hetero-identification procedure, which will also be carried out on the 8th. Anyone who refuses to carry out this process will be eliminated from the contest. There will be a committee of five members to carry out this evaluation.
Applicants approved under these special conditions should access the Cebraspe page, which organized the competition, as of January 3, to check the time and place to carry out these procedures.
The holding of the INSS contest was marked by a sequence of failures, such as the delay in disclosing the test locations. The demand to register was so great that the organizer’s website went down and it was necessary to extend the registration period for one more day. On Twitter, candidates also reported difficulty in registering due to problems recovering the password, registering again or submitting the exemption request to the selection organizer.
The tests for candidates running for the executive management of Guarulhos (Greater São Paulo) had to be canceled and redone, after confusion and delay in the arrival of the material. Exams have been rescheduled for a new date.
This is the third year that Cebraspe (formerly Cespe/UnB) organizes the selection process, which in 2022 has a thousand vacancies and more than one million applicants.
