Electricity providers will issue the consumption bills in a uniform way, as the Energy Regulatory Authority has proceeded with the standardization of the forms.
The goal, according to RAE, is to understand how the electricity bill is set up, to understand the costs involved in the choice of supplier and tariff and the access of consumers to updated options by participating more actively in the market.

At the same time, the application forms for the Supply of Electricity Supply were standardized in order to inform consumers with completeness, transparency, clarity and reliability, both before the conclusion of the contract for the supply of electricity, and during the contract.

“Empowerment of consumers is a central goal of RAE, which, based on its responsibilities for monitoring and supervising the energy market and with emphasis on the level of transparency, compliance with the Electricity Supply Code and Consumer protection, ensured the correct “and uniform application of the provisions in order to ensure the effective exercise by consumers of the rights guaranteed by EU and national law”, the relevant announcement states.
