The closing balance of the year on the complaints website Reclame Aqui once again points out online stores in the lead, with a 22.6% share in the total.
The number indicates a retreat in the target of criticism compared to 2020, when online stores accounted for nearly 27% of complaints.
Of the more than 5 million complaints registered on the platform as of December 28, more than 1.1 million referred to internet purchases.
Banks follow in second place, with 11.6% this year, compared to 10.6% in 2020. They are ahead of delivery, which won gas in the pandemic and ended up appearing among the main categories claimed this year with a 7% share, compared to 5.6% last year.
The service surpassed the level of complaints about mobile telephony (5.4%).
