Payable today, Friday 24 February 2023, from the Public Employment Service (DYPA) the one-off monetary benefit, amounting to 300 euros, to 5,757 long-term non-subsidized unemployed, who drew up a Digital Individual Action Plan. In total, the benefit has been paid to 47,512 beneficiaries.

It is noted that the payments appear in the accounts of the beneficiaries within 1-2 working days, after their payment.

As DYPA states in its announcement, the “bonus” was instituted by the “Jobs Again” law, with the aim of activating the long-term unemployed, through the creation of an updated Individual Digital Action Plan, based on which they can be directed to employability development actions them and finding work.

Beneficiaries of the new benefit are the long-term unemployed who:

– have completed continuous registered unemployment of more than five years and then draw up a Digital Individual Action Plan and

– have an income of up to 16,000 euros for singles, 24,000 euros for married people, plus 3,000 euros per child, or 27,000 euros for single-parent families, plus 3,000 euros per child.

The procedure for paying the benefit is as follows:

– The potential beneficiaries enter the platform, with the TaxisNet codes, at the online address: https://www.gov.gr/ipiresies/ergasia-kai-asphalise/anergia/ephapax-khrematike-parokhe-gia-anergous.

– Register or update the bank account details (IBAN) for the payment of the benefit, as well as their family status.

– DYPA checks the fulfillment of the requirements ex officio (unemployment period and Digital Individual Action Plan), as well as through cross-checking with the data of competent bodies (AADE and HDIKA).

– The payment is made automatically to the accounts of the beneficiaries.

It is pointed out that only those who are long-term unemployed for more than five years and draw up a Digital Individual Action Plan can enter the platform and register an IVAN.

Those unemployed who have not already drawn up an Individual Action Plan should make an appointment with a job counselor at the Employment Promotion Center (KPA2) in their area either via video conference (MyDYPAlive) or in person.
