Payments begin today for the marketplace for those who applied and it was approved by February 28.

The money will be seen today by those who stated that they wish to enter their bank account.

Those who said they want the money on a physical card will see the money from Wednesday. Their information has already been sent to the banks by the Ministry of Finance, but it must take 2-3 working days for them to be credited. It is reminded that those who will receive the money by bank transfer will get 80% of the aid but will be able to spend the amounts where they want. Beneficiaries with cards will receive 100% of the aid but will only be able to use it in food stores and supermarkets.

Those paid in IBAN will receive the money for three months, ie February, March and April and there will be one more payment left after May 3rd. Those who will be paid with a physical card they will receive 2 months’ money February and March, and then payments will be made every month in the first 3 business days.

If the owner of the physical card has not redeemed all the money by the end of August, then it is lost, which is obviously not the case for money credited to bank accounts. Also, the money on the card cannot be transferred to a third party (another person can, however, use the same card if the beneficiary gives him his mobile phone) and they cannot be withdrawn either.

The interest shown by households was very high as applications have already exceeded 2.3 million. Those interested have until March 15 to submit their application. Those who complete the application in March will receive their money by the 20th of the month.

For the necessary calculations, those interested should know that the aid ranges from €22 to €100 as it is given at the level of a household whose members are spouses or a couple with a cohabitation agreement, their dependent children and any guests. Thus the aid is scaled as follows:

Household members Reinforcement
1. €22
2. €32
3. €42
4. €52
5. €62
6. €72
7. €82
8. €92
9. €100

The application for the aid can also be made through KEP.

Market Pass excludes those who:

-Declared in the tax return as dependents or guests
-Those who pay luxury living tax
-Foreign tax residents
– Those who had not submitted a tax return by 12/31/2022
