The developer VCI, which has a partnership with Hard Rock Hotels to bring the brand’s projects to Brazil and sell them in the multi-property format, will open points of sale in outlet malls to attract customers.
The first units will be installed in premium outlets in Salvador and Brasília. Under the sales model, the client purchases a fraction of the property to use during certain dates of the year.
The chain already has hotels under construction in Ceará and Paraná.
The investment plan for the brand in the country is around R$ 6 billion and includes units in São Paulo, Recife, Natal, Jericoacoara, Campos do Jordão and Foz do Iguaçu.
