Four binding offers for the utilization of the property in Nea Heraklia Halkidiki, in the “Golden Ammoudia” area, was taken over by TAIPED.
In particular, offers were submitted by the following investment schemes (in alphabetical order):
- AFI KENTEPOZIDE AND CO. OE
- Leonidas Kentepozides
- AJS SEAS SA
- Light Blue Luxury Rooms IKE
The process of evaluating the offers in terms of meeting the criteria in accordance with the provisions of the tender conditions will start immediately, while the financial offers will be unsealed at the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Fund, following all the prescribed procedures.
The beachfront property, area of 27 acres, is located in the central part of Halkidiki, between Nea Heraklia and Nea Kallikrateia. It has a coastline length of approximately 530 meters and is within a Residential Control Zone. It is 45 km from the city of Thessaloniki, 31 km from the airport “Macedonia” and 27 km from Nea Moudania.
In the tender process, TAIPED has appointed Nexus Law as Legal Advisor and MTC Group as Technical Advisor.
