The new ENFIA certificates make it easier for citizens to transfer real estate due to a compelling reason (sales), as they only confirm that the specific property is included in the ENFIA declaration (E9) and it is not required for their issuance that the applicant has paid or has been legally exempted from the overdue debts of ENFIA.
Through the digital portal myAADE (myAADE.gov.gr), in the Property Registry system (Declaration E9/ENFIA), issued from June 1, the new certificates LIGHTaccording to Law 5036/2023.

Specifically, by Decision of the Governor of the Independent Public Revenue Authority, Giorgos Pitsilis (A 1085/2023) concerning property owners, natural and legal persons or legal entities, the following are determined for the new certificates:
• their type, content and duration of validity
• their issuance process
• those responsible for submitting the application and receiving the certificate
• the cases in which it is required to be presented
