Over 500 recruitments will be made through ASEP at AADE.

The positions in question arose after the publication of the final results of the announcement 1C/2022 (F.E.K. 9/25.2.2022/t. A.S.E.P.).

According to article 21 of Law 5027/2023 (Government Gazette A’ 48), the above positions will be filled by the candidates of the competition in question, who have obtained the new required base score [πενήντα (50) μονάδες στη συνολική βαθμολογία της γραπτής εξέτασης, ανεξάρτητα από τη βαθμολογία στα επιμέρους μαθήματα].

The above appear, by category, in the NEW ALPHABETICAL RANKING TABLES OF CANDIDATES WHO GATHERED THE REQUIRED BASE RATING.
Candidates who did not collect the new required base score, appear with the Candidate Registration Number, which is indicated in their online application for participation, in the respective category NEW TABLES OF CANDIDATES WHO DID NOT GET THE REQUIRED BASE SCORE.

Candidates can also be informed about their score through the ASEP website, after previously entering its online services with their login details, following the path: www.asep.gr → Online Services → Results → Written-Grades.

The deadline and supporting documents

The deadline for the electronic submission of supporting documents begins on Monday, June 19, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. and ends on Friday 30 June 2023 at 15:00.

In order to draw up the provisional lists of ranking and appointees, the candidates, who are included, per category, in the TABLES OF CANDIDATES TO SUBMIT DUTIES, are invited to electronically submit the required supporting documents, in accordance with the information stated in their online application, following the instructions provided in the relevant Notice (Appendix G΄).

It is emphasized that the candidates, included in the TABLES OF CANDIDATES FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS of this Notice and who will not submit to ASEP electronically the required, as the case may be, supporting documents within the aforementioned deadline, will be excluded from the further process. It is clarified that, in accordance with the relevant recommendation of the Data Protection Officer, candidates appear only with the Candidate Registration Number, which is also indicated in their online application.

For the smooth operation of the online application and supporting documents submission system, candidates are advised not to wait for the last day of the deadline to submit their online application with the attached supporting documents, as any internet overload or connection error will could lead to difficulty or impossibility of submitting it.

The A.S.E.P. is not responsible for any failure to submit due to the aforementioned factors. The above procedure is subject to the exceptions of paragraph 3g’ of article 27 of Law 5043/2023 “Regulation of recruitment and service changes during the pre-election period – Amendment of Article 28 of Law 2190/1994”.
