She expressed her sadness Angelina Jolie for very dead shipwreck open to her Pylos with a lengthy post (stories) on her personal Instagram account.
Angelina Jolie’s lengthy message about the fatal wreck:
“I was sickened by this news. No one risks their life this way unless they have no other choice. I knew someone who lost his wife and daughter after they stayed in the water for hours holding their bodies in an effort to stay alive. I asked why they would get into such a crowded boat since it looked so dangerous, and why risk it in the first place.
He replied that he had been in a war zone helping as a doctor for years. He then decided to take his family away from the war to a border country where they faced discrimination. They couldn’t work, his daughter couldn’t go to school, the wife was regularly harassed and begged her husband to arrange for them to get on a boat.
The boat made it halfway. He told me he was having a hard time breathing and everyone was terrified. After the loss of his family, he dedicated his life to helping others as a doctor. He is not a bad person, nor a bad father, He simply had no options!”, wrote – among others – Angelina Jolie.
