The Mais Diversidade consultancy opened a competition to promote the production of monographs on the LGBTQIA+ theme in the job market.
The objective is to give visibility to research in the area. Mais Diversidade works to define strategic objectives, review policies, censuses, training and other actions for diversity and inclusion in the corporate world.
Until the end of August, the company will receive applications for works defended between July 2021 and August 2022 by students enrolled in undergraduate courses recognized by the MEC throughout the country.
The winner will win an exchange abroad. The five finalists and their faculty will also be awarded a tablet.
