More specifically, for the temporary housing subsidy process, citizens:
They log in with their personal TAXIsnet passwords.
They register or confirm in the application the data required by law for the application – responsible declaration for the grant of the rent/cohabitation subsidy and submit it.
With the submission, the application is sent electronically to the General Directorate for Rehabilitation of the Effects of Natural Disasters of the Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection, where after the relevant autopsies and checks are completed, the process is completed by issuing a decision to determine the beneficiary of a temporary housing grant.
The applications are stored in the citizen’s personal inbox at my.gov.gr and bear the validity characteristics of gov.gr, i.e. the unique code number in alphanumeric format and in QR format, as well as the advanced electronic signature of the Ministry of Digital Governance. In addition, it is emphasized that they are valid when they are traded both as an electronic document and as a paper document.
The design and development of the service was done by the Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection, the General Secretariat of Information Systems and Digital Governance and the National Network of Technology and Research Infrastructures (EDYTE SA – GRNET) of the Ministry of Digital Governance.
Citizens’ data is collected through the Interoperability Center of the General Secretariat of Information Systems and Digital Governance of the Ministry of Digital Governance.
