What the Capital Market Commission decided during today’s meeting
The Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission, during its meeting today, decided:
– The imposition of a fine of 10,000 euros on the company ELLAKTOR SA for violation of the provisions of article 3 of the 5/204/2000 decision of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission, for the period from 1.1.2020 to 13.6.2021, due to the inadequacy of the Regulation Operation of the company.
– The imposition of a fine of 30,000 euros on Mr. Ilias Lianos, due to concealment of information and provision of false information to the Capital Market Commission.
It also decided:
– The approval of the extension of the operating license of the company VALUE BRIDGE MONOPROPI AEPEY in terms of the provision of the investment service of the execution of orders on behalf of clients and the ancillary services of the custody and management of financial instruments on behalf of clients, including custody, the provision of credits and loans to an investor to carry out transactions, the provision of advice to businesses and foreign exchange services.
– a) The revocation of the operating licenses of the company EUROPAIKI PISTI Asset Management AEDAK due to its merger by the company with the name ALLIANZ Monoprosopi AEDAK,
b) The granting of permission for the increase of the share capital of the company ALLIANZ Sole Proprietorship AEDAK due to its merger with EUROPAIKI PISTI Asset Management AEDAK and the corresponding amendment of its articles of association, as well as
c) The approval of the proposed amendment to the regulations of the UCITS of EUROPAIKI PISTI Asset Management AEDAK, which will be managed by ALLIANZ Sole Proprietorship AEDAK after the merger.
