From today until 31/10/2023, businesses, through the digital portal myAADE – Register & Contact – Business Details, can, where necessary, correct and update the image of the active POS they had on 30/ 9/2023
THE Independent Public Revenue Authority informs businesses that the possibility of corrections and additions has been activated in POS register.
It is reminded that the POS Register has been created based on the information that AADE receives from POS providers. To date, the Registry has processed 2.5 million records, involving over 1 million POS.
From now until 31/10/2023, businesses, through the digital portal myAADE – Register & Contact – Business Details, may, where required, correct and update the image of active POS; that they had on 30/9/2023, declaring the POS, which may not be included in the data, which have been sent by the providers.
It is clarified that active means the POS that can be used to complete transactions with a card, even when it is used or available as a backup, in case of functional failure or other emergency.
At the same time, on the AADE website, a special page has been created for the POS – Cash Systems Interface, from which businesses and other stakeholders (Accountants, Providers, etc.) can be informed about:
– the individual obligations of each person involved
– the cash register and POS options available
– the schedule and progress of the project
