The stock market closed at slightly lower levels in today’s session, with the trading activity fluctuating at low levels, amid an upward movement of the European markets.

O General Price Index closed at 1,227.27 points, down slightly by 0.13%.

Intra-sessionally it recorded a higher price at 1,233.29 units (+0.36%) and a lower price at 1,222.28 (-0.54%).

The value of the transactions amounted to 60.50 million euros, while 20,225,038 shares were traded.

THE high-cap index fell 0.12%, while the mid-cap index gained 0.17%.

Of the high capitalization shares, the biggest increase was recorded by the shares of Ellaktor (+2.71%), Terna Energy (+2.05%), Mytileneos (+1.49%) and OPAP (+0. 98%).

On the contrary, the biggest fall was recorded by the shares of Piraeus (-2.46%), Jumbo (-2.21%), Lamda (-2.00%) and Motor Oil (-1.19%).

Of the individual indices, the Industrial Products (+1.35%) and Financial Products (+0.93%) indices recorded the biggest gains, while the Personal Products indices recorded the biggest losses (-2.08%) and Real Estate (-1.60%).

Intralot and Eurobank presented the largest volume of transactions, trading 6,119,776 and 2,782,628 shares, respectively.

The highest value of transactions was recorded by Nthniki with 9.95 million euros and Piraeus with 6.07 million euros.

48 stocks moved up, 50 fell and 15 remained stable.

The biggest increase was recorded by the shares: Intralot +10.42% and Frigoglass +10.00%.

The biggest drop was registered by the shares: Attica Publications -9.09% and Bitros -8.89%.
