A short postponement of the deadline for submission of recapitulation tables of intra-Community transactions, declarations of special luxury tax and tax on the concentration of capital, with an initial submission deadline of 26.1.2024 and 27.1.2024, is foreseen by the decision of the Governor of AADE, Giorgos Pitsilis.
The extension aims to serve and facilitate taxpayers in fulfilling their reporting obligations, given that the digital services of AADE are expected to be out of order from Friday 26.1.2024, at 22:00 until Saturday 27.1.2024, at 07 :00, due to the work of the General Secretariat of Information Systems & Digital Governance.
In particular, the deadline is postponed until 2.2.2024:
• submission of summary tables of deliveries or acquisitions of goods, stocks at the disposal of a specific customer and services provided or received for the month of December 2023 (FORMS Φ4 and Φ5), whose final submission date was 26.01.2024.
• submission of a declaration and return of the capital raising tax, whose final date was 26.1.2024 and 27.1.2024 respectively.
• submission and return of the special luxury tax for the month of December 2023, whose deadline was 26.1.2024.
