How to consult the extraordinary benefit and the total amount paid
From this Monday, consultation with the exact value for each family will be released. It can be done through the Caixa Tem application, on the Caixa Econômica Federal telephone number 111 and through the Auxílio Brasil application.
It will also be possible to check the values through the Meu CadÚnico app and at the Cidadania relationship center, on the phones 121 or 0800-7072003.
To make the consultation by telephone, the beneficiary must call the number 111. In this case, after recording, the option 1 must be entered. Then, the user chooses 1 again, if he wants information through the CPF number. Choose option 2 if the query is made using the NIS number.
Through Caixa Tem, it is possible to view the balance and statement of the digital savings account when downloading or updating the application. In the application, the beneficiary must click on “Enter”. There will be a virtual queue and, after the turn, there are ten minutes to use the Caixa Tem. On the left, above, under “Show balance”, you can see the amount. To know more details about the account, the user must go to the “Statement” option, the third from the top down.
In the Auxílio Brasil application, the query is made in “Access”, with the CPF number of the person responsible for the family unit. The beneficiary must inform the requested data and follow the guidelines to see the value.
How to pay
Payment is made by Caixa Econômica Federal. The money is released according to the monthly schedule of the program, through Caixa Tem and withdrawn with the Auxílio Brasil card. Withdrawals can be made at ATMs, Caixa branches and lottery outlets.
The withdrawal of values is done with the program card. New beneficiaries must receive, at the address provided in CadÚnico (Cadastro Único), the withdrawal card. However, through Caixa Tem, it is possible to make withdrawals, transfers, payments of values and purchases by cell phone.
According to the Ministry of Citizenship, with the inclusion of 556 thousand new beneficiaries in Auxílio Brasil, the queue for the benefit is zero. However, month by month, the inclusion or exclusion in the program is carried out, according to the Citizenship comb and the inclusion of citizens in CadÚnico.
To be part of the program, the family must have updated data in CadÚnico in the last 24 months. The information must be the same as in other federal government databases. In addition, income criteria must be met. Families in poverty and extreme poverty are benefited. In the latter case, it is necessary to include pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, children, adolescents or young people between 0 and 21 years of age.
Extremely poor families are those with a monthly family income of up to BRL 105 per person. Those considered poor are those with a per capita family income ranging from BRL 101 to BRL 200. Upon entering the program, beneficiaries receive, by post, two letters from Caixa, one with general guidelines on Auxílio Brasil and the second with the card for bank transactions.
