These incorporation standards concern 17 legal types and will gradually be available through the One Stop Service (SSO) and the Electronic One Stop Service (e-SSO).

In particular, according to the decision:

– From March 1, 2024 the standard articles of incorporation with additional content for the Limited Liability Company, the Limited Liability Company, the Private Capital Company, the Limited Company and the General Partnership will be available.

– From May 1, 2024 the model articles of association and the model articles of incorporation with additional content for the Civil Company, the Consortium, and the Limited Liability Company will be available.

– From July 1, 2024 model articles of association and model articles of incorporation with additional content for the Urban Cooperative, the Renewable Energy Community and the Citizens’ Energy Community will be available.
