The Central Bank released this Sunday (13) access to the government’s Values ​​Receivable System (SVR) platform. Those who have money to receive must return to the site on the date informed on the first access and log into their gov.br account, which must have a silver or gold security level, to request the transfer of amounts.

The account created on the government platform gov.br gives access to government digital services, such as the Conect Sus (Unified Health System) app, Meu INSS (National Social Security Institute) and the Digital Work Card. It is also the login used to access the Enem system (National High School Exam) and the CNH (National Driver’s License).

Now, this login will also be used to request transfers of amounts available in the System of Receivables from the Central Bank.

Simple accounts created on the gov.br portal have a bronze security level, considered the least secure. To access portal features that require greater security, such as electronic document signature, transfer of values ​​from the SVR and completion of the INSS digital proof of life, it is necessary to carry out some steps that transform the bronze level account into silver or gold.

The main resources to “raise” the account’s security level involve the use of facial biometrics registered in government services (such as Denatran or TSE) or access to gov.br through an existing bank account and, therefore, whose information personal data have already been verified by the financial institution.

In addition to creating a bronze account and turning it into silver or gold, it is also possible to register on the gov.br portal with these security levels, when accessing gov.br using your bank credentials.

Here’s how to create and increase the security of your government portal account:

• Open the gov.br application on your cell phone, click on “Read QR Code” and point your cell phone camera at the code generated on your computer
• After reading the code, click “Do facial recognition” and follow the instructions to take the photo, such as blinking and smiling until the system validates the information
• Click “Ok” on mobile and continue the process on computer; the system will compare the photo taken with the photo available in the driver’s license record

To obtain silver level through bank account

In “Seals of Trust”, click on “Registration via Internet Banking of the [nome do banco]” and follow the bank’s steps to access your account and validate the data through the bank account access.
