It closed at slightly lower levels stock market in today’s session, with the market holding the levels of 1,400 units, amid an upward movement of the European markets.

The General Price Index closed at 1,403.50 points, down 0.13%.

Intra-sessionally it recorded a higher price at 1,414.76 units (+0.67%) and a lower price at 1,398.00 units (-0.53%).

The value of transactions amounted to 109.03 million euros, while 23,157,050 shares were traded.

The large-cap index fell 0.33%, while the mid-cap index gained 0.41%.

Of the high capitalization shares, the biggest increase was recorded by the shares of Coca Cola HBC (+2.68%), Elvalhalcor (+2.68%), OTE (+1.29%), PPC (+1, 27%) and Saranti (+1.26%).

On the contrary, the biggest fall was recorded by the shares of Motor Oil (-2.41%), Jumbo (-1.98%), OPAP (-1.66%), Eurobank (-1.27%), Alpha Bank (-1.19%) and National Bank (-1.10%).

The largest volume of transactions was presented by Alpha Bank and Piraeus, trading 5,949,995 and 3,650,873 shares, respectively.

The highest value of transactions was recorded by Nthniki with 15.33 million euros and Piraeus with 14.38 million euros.

54 stocks moved up, 53 fell and 22 remained stable.

The biggest increase was recorded by the shares: Vioter +10.00% and Agrotikos Oikos Spyros +9.57%.

The biggest drop was registered by the shares: Chaidemenos -7.14% and Kyriakoulis -6.48%.
