The deadline for the declaration of scheduled appointments that must be implemented within April is set as April 1, 2024
It is put into operation from today, by decision of the Governor of AADE, Giorgos Pitsilis, the Registry of Technical Support Services Provided. FIM installation and support technicians should register on this platform the scheduled appointments with the businesses that are required to interface their cash systems with the POS.
The deadline for the declaration of scheduled appointments that must be implemented within April is 1 April 2024. The application is available in the path myAADE > Applications > Other Services.
Businesses that are required to interface should check the information on the “Register and Contact”/Business Details platform, on the digital portal “myAADE” after the submission of the Information Statement by the technical support businesses. From March 23, they will be able to express any disagreements with the registered data by selecting the relevant indicator. Afterwards, the FIM technical support company will be informed through AADE in order to proceed with the necessary corrections. It is noted that businesses for which a scheduled appointment will not have been declared by March 22, 2024, will receive an email to immediately find a technical support business.
How the platform works
FIM technical support companies (proprietary FIM license holders, FIM technical support license holders, FIM resellers, authorized technicians as the case may be) should declare their scheduled appointments for the month of April, following the following schedule:
* From Tuesday, March 19, 2024, a pre-loaded file will be available per FIM technical support company, with the details of its customers, according to the D11 Form of Transfer Documents for Tax Electronic Mechanisms of sellers-dealers.
* Until March 22, 2024, the details of the provision of technical support services must be submitted, with the dates of scheduled appointments completed until April 30, 2024.
* From March 23 to April 1, 2024, technical support companies must declare every day the new appointments they plan for April, with the aim of having all scheduled appointments declared in the Register on April 1
Procedure
The above businesses should submit a FIM User Information Statement to the AADE digital portal (myAADE):
* through a special registration form or
* by submitting a file in the form of a spreadsheet, a template of which is available within the application.
The Declaration includes:
1. TIN User FIM.
2. FIM Registry number (serial number).
3. Indicator (Y/O) in the case of FIM, which interfaces or is to interface with Payment Instruments with an intermediate commercial/accounting management program (Enterprise Resource Planning, “ERP”).
4. Indication (Y/O) of non-operation of the entity, FIM User, until April 30, 2024, due to seasonality.
5. Date of scheduled appointment in order to implement the interconnection of the FIM/s with the Payment Means available to the FIM User.
It is emphasized that during the submission of the file, automated checks will be made for the validity of the data, and in case of errors, relevant error messages will be displayed.
Postponed date for declaration of transition to All in One solutions
It is also noted that the deadline for businesses wishing to declare to the POS Registry that they are going to replace their cash system with one of the new available all-in-one solutions, which do not require additional interconnection actions, has been postponed until March 29, 2024. It is recalled that in this case, the interconnection deadline is extended for an additional month, i.e. until April 30, 2024.
This extension is given in order to facilitate businesses following the extension of the application deadline for the 4th cycle of the purchase financing, POS upgrade and cash register interface program.
