The gradual integration of property transfer and property ownership taxation responsibilities into the Capital Taxation Center (KEFOK) of Attica continues, as announced by the AADE.

In particular, as of today, the above responsibilities of DOU A’ Athens, D’ Athens, FAE Piraeus, Amarousiou, Kifisia, Psychiko, Aigaleo, IB’ Athens, IZ’ Athens and Elefsina are being transferred to KEFOK Attica.

Also, starting today, taxpayers will be served:

  • Digitally, from KEFOK Attica in the application “my Requests”, through the digital portal myAADE (myaade.gov.gr) or from myAADEapp.
  • By phone, from the Taxpayer Service Center (TSC), at +30 213 162 1000, during working days and hours 07:30 to 17:00.

The transfer of the above responsibilities of the remaining DOUs of the prefecture of Attica to KEFOK Attica will be completed on 20/5/2024 with the transfer of the DOYs III of Athens, Agios Anargyro, Glyfada, Ilioupoli, Kallithea, Nea Ionia, A’ Piraeus, E’ Piraeus , Nice and Peristeri.

At the same time, the opening dates of the Capital Tax Center (KEFOK) and the Certification and Collection Center (KEBEIS) of Thessaloniki are redefined as follows:

– KEVIS Thessaloniki – Start of operation on 6/25/2024.

Date of transfer of responsibilities (25/6/2024) concerns the secondary schools of Kalamaria, Ampelokipi, Lagada and Ionia of Thessaloniki. Date of transfer of responsibilities (8/7/2024) concerns DOU D’ Thessaloniki, E’ Thessaloniki, G’ Thessaloniki and FAE Thessaloniki

– KEFOK Thessaloniki – Start of operation on 15/07/2024.

Date of transfer of responsibilities (15/7/2024) concerns the secondary schools of Kalamaria, Ampelokipo, Lagada and Ionia of Thessaloniki. Date of transfer of responsibilities (22/7/2024) concerns DOU D’ Thessaloniki, E’ Thessaloniki, G’ Thessaloniki and FAE Thessaloniki.
