The tribe, and Western Attica in general, “changes its face”. TAIPED, a member company of the Superfund, announces the start of the public international tender, with the competitive dialogue process, for the development of the Business Park in the “Caves” location of the Municipality of Phylis.

The tender is conducted on behalf of the Tribe Municipality, which is the final beneficiary and owner of the project. The preferred investor will undertake the financing, design, permitting, development, construction, operation, maintenance and long-term operation of the Tribal Municipality Business Park. The total area intended for concession is approximately 412,000 sq.m.

The Business Park will be a modern, green and innovative national transport and logistics centre, which will comprehensively and effectively support the needs of the national freight transport market, while at the same time radically upgrading the region of Western Attica, strengthening local development and creating new jobs both during the construction period and during the operation period.

The intended land uses of the property also include the special use of tourist accommodation – hotels, for the proper operation of the Business Park.

The duration of the Concession Agreement will correspond to a minimum of 35 years.
