We are investigating, with the support of both internal and external technical experts, what may have caused the technical issue, the company says
A technical problem is cited by the multinational which did not send receipts.
“As it has already become known, as of yesterday four of our stores in Bulletthe Kalamatathe Rose and the Glyfada remain closed for 48 hours, until June 22, following the inspections by the Greek Tax Authorities.
This was the result of a technical problem in our system, which only affected the transmission of electronic data to the AADE digital portal. As we have already stated, both our local and overseas teams are continuously working to resolve the issue in cooperation with our technical provider.
We are investigating, with the support of both internal and external technical experts, what may have caused the technical issue.
For us, it is extremely important that we follow and fully comply with the Laws and tax regulations in all the countries in which we operate. We are at the disposal of the Greek Tax Authorities, fully respecting their institutional role”.
