The initial debts settled through it amount to 6.7 billion euros extrajudicial mechanism until the end of June, bringing the number of successful arrangements in total to 19,223, it was announced a while ago by the Ministry of National Economy and Finance. It is noted that in June alone, the new arrangements reached 1,344, recording a historic high.

A related report details the approval rates of financial institutions (banks and management companies) for applications with debts of up to 250,000 euros, with Intrum, QQuant and Veraltis scoring the highest rates.

Arrangements corresponding to the largest loan management companies in May are also detailed, four of which carried out a total of €290m of direct bilateral arrangements for 4,154 borrowers.

In addition, it is noted that, according to the data of the General Secretariat of the Financial Sector and Private Debt Management, in the second quarter of 2024, a total of 13,000 appointments were made through the online platform for remote service of debtors myEGDIX.live.gov.gr. This is a significant increase from 12,000 in the first quarter of 2024.
