17,000,000 euros to 28,000 beneficiaries for unemployment benefits – 1,500,000 euros to 2,000 mothers for subsidized maternity leave
A total of 52,214,937 euros will be paid to 45,871 beneficiaries, during the period 12 to 16 August 2024, as part of the scheduled payments of the e-EFKA and the Public Employment Service (DYPA).
In particular, as stated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in its announcement:
From e-EFKA:
- on August 14, 214,937 euros will be paid to 171 beneficiaries for cash benefits from the OAEE (maternity, pregnancy, sickness, accident and funeral benefits) and
- from August 12 to 16, 15,000,000 euros will be paid to 650 beneficiaries following the issuance of one-off decisions.
DYPA will pay:
- 17,000,000 euros to 28,000 beneficiaries for unemployment benefits and other benefits
- 1,500,000 euros to 2,000 mothers for subsidized maternity leave
- 12,000,000 euros to 11,000 beneficiaries under subsidized employment programs
- 2,500,000 euros to 4,000 beneficiaries of public benefit programs
- 4,000,000 euros to 50 beneficiaries of the “My Home” program
