OR National Bank proceeds to reduce tariffs suppliesin selected, frequently used transactions.

The reduction of commissions is part of the Bank’s philosophy and customer-centric nature and is another indication of the immediate adaptation of National Bank to the needs of its customers, employees, pensioners and professionals.

Specifically, from September 20, 2024, the following adjustments will be applied to commissions for National Bank customers:

• Reduction of bill payment commission, through ATM and APS using card, by 50%.
• Cancellation of prepaid card discharge fee from €2.
• Reduction of commission for instant payment via Internet & Mobile banking for amounts up to €500 from €2.5 to €1.5.
• Reduction of the commission for issuing check cards from €2 to €1.
• Zero currency conversion fees for prepaid cardholder transactions through the Next app.

It is noted that National Bank was the first to keep fees for electronic transactions through IRIS and POS at reasonable levels, applying a maximum fee limit for specific categories of professionals and small businesses, and prioritized the connection of stores and digital services.

Finally, it should be noted that at National Bank branches, the tellers continue to serve customers throughout their operation, on a daily basis without restrictions. Thus, it is close to its customers all the time, in order to facilitate them and meet their daily requirements.

With these initiatives, National Bank demonstrates its intention to continuously upgrade the experience of its customers both in its physical and digital network.
