Alpha Bank offers a reduction or even zero commissions on basic products and services, ensuring significant benefits for its Customers.
Specifically, more than 1.5 million Customers are expected to benefit from the reduced commissions of services and products, concerning:
- Outgoing Personal remittances via myAlpha Web or myAlpha Mobile: Commission reduction to €1 for amounts up to €1,000
- Debit card reissue due to loss or damage: Free
- Issuing and first loading a prepaid Mastercard: Free
- Reissue of prepaid Mastercard due to loss or damage: Free.
At the same time, with the aim of enhancing the growth of the use of the IRIS direct payment service after the integration of professionals and businesses, Alpha Bank continues to provide this service free of charge (P2B) throughout 2024.
It is recalled that Alpha Bank offers further possibilities to carry out daily transactions without fees for existing and new Subscription Banking Customers, through myAlpha Benefit subscription transaction packages.
