Korinthian Foods has signed two new contracts with the Organization of Preferential Benefits and Social Solidarity (OPEKA), with a total budget of 13.1 million euros, within the school meal supply program. According to a related announcement, these two contracts ensure the daily supply of 9,988 meals to an equal number of students, thus ensuring their access to nutritious and balanced meals during their school day for the next three years.

More specifically, the first contract provides for the daily supply of school meals to students of the Municipalities of Aegialia, Western Achaia, Tripoli and Megalopolis. The second contract provides for the provision of meals to the Regional Unit of Kefallinia and to the Municipalities of Corinthia, Velos/Vochas and Sikyonia of the Regional Unit of Corinthia.

On the occasion of the signing of the two contracts, the founder and managing director of Korinthian Foods, Ilias Kakogiannis, said: “We are very happy to be working with OPECA in this ambitious project.
