About 47% of companies have a deadline set for some goal to increase the number of women in leadership positions in 2022, according to a survey by human resources consultancy ManpowerGroup with 39,000 employers from 40 countries, including Brazil.
Another 35% of respondents set the deadline until 2023, and 10%, until 2024, according to the survey, prepared for International Women’s Day, this Tuesday (8).
Approximately 65% ​​say they are achieving the goal, but 18% say they are below it. Another 10% say they are progressing above the target.
Among the initiatives most cited by organizations to increase the presence of women are internal leadership development programs (37%), the creation of an inclusive organizational culture (28%) and partnerships with universities and education (24%).
