In the amount of 95.7 million Euros were the sales of the Grigoris Group in 2023, marking a 20% increase compared to 2022.

As for its operating profitability, as illustrated by earnings before taxes, interest and depreciation (EBITDA), it showed an increase of 17% compared to the previous year.

According to a relevant announcement, remarkable for the financial strength of the group and the company, is the fact that their net borrowing, on 31.12.2023, amounted to 1.3 million. euros and 3.9 million euros, respectively. The group’s capital structure still remains strong, with a ratio of equity to total liabilities of 33.4%.

Air Canteen, a major subsidiary of the group with operations in closed airport markets, achieved a 26% increase in turnover and an impressive 42% increase in operating profitability compared to 2022.

In fiscal year 2023, 3 new companies were added to the group: 1904 SA, CLASSIC ROADS SA and RUES CLASSIQUES MAE, each of which undertook to implement important projects. With the company 1904 SA, the group proceeded with the reconstruction and operation of Zappeio and the historical cinema Aigli. Through the companies CLASSIC STREETS SA & RUES CLASSIQUES MAE, the renovation, management and operation of catering facilities in museums, monuments and archaeological sites throughout the territory was implemented.

Expansion of the store network

During 2023, the Grigoris company expanded and improved the image of its stores, opening 23 new points in Greece and abroad and renovating 86 existing ones.

At the same time, the company implemented a series of social responsibility actions. Important initiatives were the creation of the Grigoris bar – School Synergy Snacks, which offers professional rehabilitation to young people with disabilities, and the provision of school meals, for the ninth consecutive year, to prisoners who attend the school units operating within the Youth Detention Center of Avlona.
